General Information
How can I view one of your rentals?
No appointment is necessary to view one of our rentals. Just stop by our leasing office located at 912 N Linden St. Bloomington IL 61701. We will make a copy of your photo ID and check out keys to you so you can go check out the rental on your own. Keys must be returned within 24 hours. Can't pick up keys? Give our office a call at (309) 827-8576.
When is the best time to look for a rental?
Our rentals are first come, first serve and can't be held for more than 30 days. When current tenants leave they must give us a 30-day written notice therefore we recommend protential residents to look 30-45 days in advance.
How does the application process work for one of your rentals?

Do you require a move in fee?
Yes, a $350 move in fee is required for rentals and is non-refundable.
Can you hold an apartment?
Yes, we can hold an apartment with a paid move in fee for no more than 30 days.
What type of leases do you offer?
Leases are required for all rentals. We only offer twelve month leases.
What is your lease breakage policy?
The tenant must give a written 30-day notice to vacate and agrees to pay two full month's rent to break the lease. This is in addition to any rent paid to cover the 30 day notice to vacate. If a rent special was applied to your account at move-in, this amount will also be included in your lease breakage fees.
Automatic charges if you have lived in the apartment for LESS THAN 12 MONTHS:
Carpet cleaning for 1-bedroom apartment: $120
Carpet cleaning for 2-bedroom apartment: $240
Carpet cleaning for 3-bedroom apartment/townhouse: $300
Painting and cleaning charges will be assessed based on the type of service required.
Do I need renter's insurance?
Yes, tenants are required to obtain and maintain renter’s insurance.
Do you offer internet service?
Apartment Mart provides high speed internet service for $35 a month with no hidden fees at select properties.

- Move in Ready - just plug in and go
- No long term commitment
- Combine internet payment with rent!
Router is required for Wireless Internet.
We offer this service at the following locations:

- 41, 60 and 70 Yotzonot Drive

Moving In
Once your rental application is processed and approved we will call or email you to confirm your move in date. The apartment will be painted and cleaned and the carpet will be cleaned before you move in. You will need to come to the Apartment Mart office at 912 N Linden Street on your move in date during our regular office hours to sign the lease and addendums, pay all rent that is due and collect the keys.
We do not move tenants in on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
