The living room, eat-in kitchen and half bath are on the main floor. The bedrooms and full bath are on the top floor. There are hook-ups for a washer and dryer in the finished basement. There are two parking spaces per unit.

The tenant is responsible for paying for all the utilities (gas, water, and electricity).
