Wingover is our largest apartment complex. These apartments are designed to give maximum comfort, style, and convenience. Each apartment has an electric fireplace, patio or balcony, and washer/dryer. The ground floor units have a private entrance, and the third-floor units have a vaulted ceiling. The complex offers the following amenities: clubhouse for meetings and parties, swimming pool, fitness center, putting green, pickleball courts, and a pond. Garages are available for rent for an additional $125 a month.

The tenant is responsible for paying for the electricity and water. High speed internet is available for an additional $35 a month.
