IAA has a nice courtyard between the two buildings, A and B. These apartments are located close to shopping and dining. Each apartment features a private entrance, window air conditioner, and a patio or balcony. The laundry room for the property is in building A. There is only one assigned parking space for each apartment and guest parking is limited.

Water and gas are paid for; the tenant is responsible for paying for the electricity.
