These apartments are located behind Wal-Mart and Meijer. All the apartments have a private entrance, walk-in closets, fireplace and patio or balcony. The second-floor apartments also have vaulted ceilings. Each apartment is 1100 square feet. Off-street parking is available. There is also a swimming pool and fitness room on the property.

The tenant is responsible for paying for the utilities (electric, water and gas). High speed internet is available for an additional $35 a month.
