Wingover is our largest apartment complex. The townhomes at Wingover are designed to give maximum comfort, style, and convenience. Each townhouse has an electric fireplace, full size washer/dryer, and patio. Some of the townhomes have a 1-car garage included in the rent. Those units rent for $1900. The complex offers the following amenities: clubhouse for meetings and parties, swimming pool, fitness center, putting green, pickleball courts, and a pond. Garages are available for rent for an additional $125 a month.

The tenant is responsible for paying for the electricity and water. High speed internet is available for an additional $35 a month.
