These apartments are located behind Wal-Mart and Meijer. All the apartments have a private entrance, air conditioning, and electric heat. There are laundry facilities in each building and off-street parking available. There is also a swimming pool and fitness room on the property.

The tenant is responsible for paying for the utilities (electric and water). High speed internet is available for an additional $35 a month.
