At the entrance to the Wingover Luxury Apartments and Townhomes there is a brick building which houses the clubhouse, fitness center and new leasing office.  The leasing office is open for customers to come in and have a personal showing of the apartments by the leasing agent on site.

The Wingover leasing office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.  There is a leasing agent on site to answer any questions you may have about the Wingover Luxury Apartments and Townhomes.  They can also give you a personal showing of the apartments available for rent.

Wingover is our newest apartment complex.  These two bedroom apartments and three bedroom townhomes are designed to give maximum comfort, style and convenience.  All of the apartments and townhomes include an electric fireplace, central air conditioning, storage space, and patio or balcony.  The first floor apartments have a private entrance and the third floor apartments have a vaulted ceiling.  The townhomes have a finished basement.  We also provide high speed internet service to all of the apartments.  The complex offers the following amenities:  clubhouse for meetings and parties, swimming pool, fitness center, putting green and a pond with a walking trail around it.  The tenant is responsible for paying the electric and water.
